Recent Westin Fort Lauderdale Review: "I stayed Westin during the memorial weekend and I was very happy with this hotel. Our room was clean, staff was friendly, and pool was very nice. Although it was not a huge pool, it was pretty. It's close to I-95, but a bit of a drive from the beach. For the price, you really can't beat this deal. I did read some previous comments about the perfume  scent coming out of the A/C vents. I actually thought it smelled good and was not too strong to the point was it was unbearable. I have noticed that a lot of the newier hotels have started to do the same thing and I think its a wonderful idea. Overall, I would recommned this hotel. Now if you're looking for something close to the beach, this is not the place. I would stay here again."
