Upon arrival at the hotel after a long and exhausting help it took 20 minutes for baggage assistance to my room. Upon arrival- no towells in the bathroom. An immediate phone call to the desk resulted in nothing. In the interim I placed an order for food via room service. The room service food was excellant and timely. In the meantime -no towells. The  waitress from Room Service asked if there was anything else- I said PLEASE-"some towells"-within 2 minutes I finally had towells. Bed was delicious. Just an exception to Westin's usally A+ but annoying at the time considerably.

I had a disappointing one-night stay at this hotel, which appeals mostly to business travellers visiting the adjacent corporate offices. First, only one of three hotel elevators were operating, yet there were no signs explaining this to guests or apologizing for agonizingly long delays to ride the single elevator. The waiter at breakfast needs better  instructions in serving. One does not reach all the way accross the table to pour juice, to save himself walking two extra steps. For a top-flight chain, like the Weston, at very steep prices, this is unacceptable. I would not return to this hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean and the staff was helpful and professional, as I would expect at a Westin hotel. The workout facility card reader was barely working and took a good five minutes of swiping my card to get in. The nearest parking isn't free even though this isn't located in a busy area (not in a downtown setting), so I'm not sure why self-parking  costs extra. Are they not charging rates that are enough to cover the property expenses? That made the hotel seem "cheaper" in my opinion. Also, there weren't very many plugs that were easy to get to and didn't affect unplugging lighting devices. I couldn't charge my mobile phone near the bed (which serves as my alarm clock on business trips), so that was inconvenient. By the time I did find one of the hidden outlets in the desk area, I was packing to leave. Maybe that's ignorance on my part. Also, the satellite TV menu keep "losing signal". It didn't affect any of the shows, just the main hotel menu you get when you first turn on a hotel tv.

Quality of stay for the money was amazing. They even offered free parking since it was a holiday weekend. Will try and become a regular guest here.

Didn't like having to pay $10 to park in the hotel parking lot especially when there were plenty of parking spaces.

My experience at the Westin was not a pleasant one, I tought that if you book this kind of Hotel you can have a better service. Let me tell you my history, when we arrived a nice bellboy received us at the main Lobby is and old man very kind and helpfull, the clerk at that time was nice too and the check in was very fast. The second day of my stay I  return at 3.30 p.m. and my room was not clean, I call the front desk and a lady clerk told me that they have so many rooms to clean and he did´t work at the houssekeeping department so she did´t know if they will clean my room or not. I was very upset because we came back to rest after one morning of shopping. Every day the maid never took the garbage I had to leave it at the main entrance of the room, every day we fund that the room only made the beds and half a clean the bathroom, the previous night of my departure they did´t leave towels and since we arrived I told them that we are 2 adults and one child and they always leave only 2 towels, I got tired to ask for an additional towel and we only use 2. They don´t provide towels at the pool area so you have to bring your own from the room....and finnaly the mischarge the parking . This Hotel really need to improve the quality of the services and some actitude of the employes, I travel every year to Florida and my plan is not stay again here.

Our stay at the Westin was very comfortable in a spectacular room. This is an upscale hotel at a reasonable price, located close to many points of interest.
